Monday-Friday 7.30am-midnight
Saturday 8.00am-midnight
Sunday 9.00am-midnight
If a date shows ‘Provisional Booking’, please don’t be put off enquiring. This simply means someone has asked about the date, but it is not yet confirmed or secured. You may not be able to enter your preferred times if they overlap with the other Provisional Booking - but don’t worry, either enter a different time that is free and make a note of your preferred time in the Special Requirements box or send us an email.
To request a date, click the + symbol on the calendar. This will take you to Hallmaster, where you can create an account or log in with your existing details if you have used Hallmaster at another venue.
Complete the booking request form with a few details about your event and submit it. We will receive your enquiry and a committee member will be in touch within 72 hours. Please take a moment to look at our T&Cs
We work on a first come, first served basis. Provisional bookings are held for 7 days. If they are not confirmed within that time, and no payment is received (deposit or full balance), the date will be released for others to book.
Charges for 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026
Monday-Sunday - Standard Charge £20.00 per hour
Monday-Sunday - Daily Rate 9.00am-5.00pm £120.00
Monday-Sunday - Regular Bookers Rate £12.50 (when x6 or more sessions are booked)
Special Event Day Rate (weddings, corporate events) - 9.00am-Midnight - £600.00 (set-up the evening before and break down the morning after possible if available)

A £500.00 deposit for special events and larger gatherings may be required.
The Sands Room is unable to host teenage and 20th / 21st birthday parties.
Hire includes use of the kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, crockery and glassware. The capacity of the hall is x50 people.
